Yes, we offer free delivery across Great Britain on all our subscription and one-off orders of superfood.
Our food is delivered with the help of DPD and will arrive within 2 working days of placing your order. If you placed your order early in the day, you might even get it the next day!
Please note deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may take up to 3 working days.
DPD will send you text updates about your delivery so that you know exactly when to expect it.
Unfortunately at this time our food is only available within England, Scotland and Wales.
All damaged goods can be returned, free of charge, and a replacement or refund will be offered. Please email us to report damages within 3 days of receipt at service@pawdogfood.com.
One-off purchases can be returned within 14 days for a full refund provided that the food is sealed and in the same condition as when it was delivered. You must arrange and pay for return delivery and enclose your name, address and order number in the box.
